I added 10 more playable minors/vassals/colonies, and could potentially add a few more if need arises; the Ottoman vassals are all pretty small and wouldn't be much fun to play as, but that's a line I could potentially explore--unless someone currently is desperate to play as Upper Hungary or the Zaporizhian Sich. Spain has a few more viceroyalties, there are East India Companies, etc, but I'd like for Metropole players to be able to take a crack at colonization, too.

Emerson gets Brandenburg and Snu mislead us with tales of being able to take any reasonably interesting country, and is thus now Portugal. If anyone wants to be Sweden, they are now open and are probably the most interesting country left on the board in the immediate future, but it will be a lot of work trying to handle a three-front war so probably someone with experience. If it continues to go unclaimed we might have to push back the war--and who wants that?

New Assignments

Hussam/Abbassia will be taking over as Portugal, Snu will be the Nederlands, and Svelte Sverige will be the Swedes. This means that all of the "majors" have been taken--but that doesn't mean there's no one else to claim!!
