Okay, hopefully the final roster prior to the start of the game. I've moved Kilani to England and Hussam to Spain.

Sweden, Prussia, and Portugal are as now all NPCs--I know some of you have offered to step in and handle their builds, diplomacy, etc, but I'd rather do it myself both so I can understand how the rules are working from the player's side and to try to minimize conflicts of interest.

Due to his extended absence and inactivity, I am moving Austria to NPC for the time being. If Childeric ever comes back, he can have it. If anyone else wants to move to Austria, let me know. The Netherlands are also still NPC.

I am temporarily assigning Lefty to handle Dutch military orders and strategy; he will still be Poland, and if a conflict of interest arises we will evaluate, but in the interest of not having this war be GB vs Mods he has been deputized. I am also still interested in someone pinch-hitting for Austria.

The Dutch are 1) no longer at war with anyone and 2) now have a real player! Haven will be the Dutch PC henceforth, and Lefty is back as those crazy Polacks full time.
