France and Britain have unrestricted trade in the remainder of India but in practice stick to their enclaves

Other
Everything in the Great Southern Ocean (south of Cape of Good Hope, Australia and Cape Horn) is barely known and indeed essentially unexplored.  No actual landing has occured on Antarctica which remains essentially rumored more than known

France owns Reunion Island and Mauritius in  Indian Ocean near South Africa
Madagascar has not been successfully colonized although has some limited (very limited) trade with occasional Portuguese, British and French traders
The other islands in the Indian Ocean technically belong to the Moghul Empire
Oman is a British protectorate, the remaining Persian Gulf states are either Persian or Ottoman protectorates

The Dutch government, and several Whaling concerns in North America and Britain, plus the Swedish Government on the behalf of whalers from its nation,, protest and insist that specific claims be made. The British Ambassador reminds the Andeans that Hawaii and New Zealand are Polynesian but under the protection of the British government
