Note disregards the references to US navy on the map...

Past their heyday as pirates who raided the Mediterranean and Atlantic sea lanes, these North African states still are thorn in the side of minor European shipping powers. For now these states avoid France, British(including Colonial Americans), Spanish, Dutch, Portuguese shipping. They focus on raiding minor powers like Danes or Italian ships for loot and plunder.


The Beys of Tunisia, Tripolitania, Algiers are semi independent vassals of the Ottoman Empire.

Each of them has sizeable raider fleet compose of partons and frigates.

Sultanate of Morocco is independent state, that is focus on driving out foreign influence in their lands.
