Gdańsk Conference, 1728
In Winter of 1728, invitations are sent to the warring parties in the Carpathian War, including Austria, Spain, and the Ottoman Turks. Observers from Poland and France are invited to assist in arranging peace terms. King-Elector Augustus II will oversee talks.

Re: Gdańsk Conference, 1728
The Ottoman delegation is lead by the Grand Vizier Nevşehirli Damat Ibrahim Pasha along his delegation was Prince of Transylvania, Ferenc Rákóczi. The Ottomans review the Austrian proposal...
The Ottomans agreed to items 1 and 2. However they issue their rejections to items 3 and 4. The Ottomans demand all those who took up arms against the Ottomans to formally laid down their arms. Then they will be allow to go into exile to Austria.( I.E. those units must be disband, then the personnel and their families will be allow to go to Austria.)
For Croatians( who didn't fight but help support the war against the Ottomans), pardons will be granted to those who collaborated with the Austrians and no harm will come to them.
As for the Sclavonians, no pardons to traitors. All Sclavonian nobles that partake in the revolt will forfeit all their lands to Prince of Transylvania and go into exile with only their lives. Whatever assets they have will be taken in the name of the Prince.
The Ottomans also demand the following item be added to the treaty
5. A 20 year Non-Aggression/ Non-Interference treaty between Ottomans and Austria, HRE, Spain, Portugal.

1. Return to status quo antebellum with regards to borders, except:
2. Malta to be ceded to Spain
3. Free movement of Sclavonian and Croatian troops and their families to Austria
4. Ottoman pardons to be issued to any Croat/Sclavonian who remains, as well as a general pledge to avoid retribution against formerly rebellious territories.

Retreating rebel troops will spike their cannons and leave their muskets behind as long as they are guaranteed safe conduct to Austrian territory.
The non aggression pact is accepted as well by Austria.
The lack of mercy shown to Sclavonians is accepted begrudgingly by the Austrians.
