first a minor point but no one ever attacked Senegal so it should be reasonably intact especially since France hasn't been at war for several years prior to 1721

Also, what does this mean "all slave export centers generate 2x as much income from 1721-1725. The slave ports are: Senegal, Luanda, Guinea, Rio Muni, Gold Coast, Dahomey, and Congo. As of 1721, only the Congo is undamaged from the war, and is thus the only port actually generating income. The others all have nominal ownership following the wars of the last decade."

Do they generate 2 points or no points (for being disrupted) and how do they become undisrupted?

If your trade posts and other establishments (i.e. Ggarrisons) at given resource haven't been disrupted, then consider it fine and operational; I had been informed that Congo was the only remaining trade post but upon closer inspection you are probably right on Senegal and probably Rio Muni (for Spain) as well. All PCs who had any interest in any of the mentioned posts should take a look at their interests.

Meanwhile, as to what it would be considered to get a slaving resource back up and running, it would be to establish a trading Post and to Garrison it (not necessarily with a Garrison unit, just a military presence).

Re: what they generate: any operational slave resource is generating 2 points per year from 1721-1725, any non-operational slave resource is generating 0.
