In Vienna, the Russian Government informs the Austrian Government that as the Turks are mobilizing, the Russian Empire has warned the Ottomans to cease. However as it is unlikely they will do so, in the event of the Turks entering a European war against German states, the Russian Empire will declare war on the Ottoman Empire.
