Bombay Agreement of 1717
After negotiations with the Crown, the Verenigde Oost-Indische Compagnie (VOC) agrees to acquire the Polska Kompania Wschodnioindyjska (PKW) from the Crown of Poland for a sum of 21 points paid over seven years. The terms include a caveat regarding temporary suspension of payment.
List of assets to be transfered:
Trading Post: 4 (Bombay, Surat, Vasai, Hoogly River)
Resources: 1 (trade income)
Fortress: 1 (Bombay)

In the Spring of 1718 French and Dutch diplomats meet quietly in Paris and the Hague to discuss areas of mutual concern, specifically in the East and North America, but also other matters.

The 1718 Treaty of Gouda
After several months of negotiations, French and Dutch diplomats announce what is hoped to be a permanent peace agreement between the two nations, and a mutual understanding of areas of influence. Both nations pledge to maintain peace between themselves, in Europe and abroad, and to support that peace, agreed to the following specific provisions touching most of the globe:
• French trade with the Qing Dynasty is not to be interfered with by the Netherlands or any Dutch trading companies.
• Penang and its Sultan will not be interfered with by the Netherlands or any Dutch trading companies.
• France pledges to remain out of India (including Burma) as well as Ceylon and the East Indies (other than above) and will not interfere with Capetown or Dutch actions in the south African cape.
• Any French attempts to establish relations with the northern Vietnamese will not be interfered with. Likewise, Dutch attempts to establish relations with the southern Vietnamese and Cambodians will not be interfered with.
• An annual qouta of French ships will be allowed to purchase pepper at Batavia for discounted prices.
• France will remain north of the Niagara River.
• France will allow the Netherlands to establish trading posts in the Ohio River valley (specifically OTL western Pennsylvania and in OTL Ohio), including use of the Great Lakes.

While in Gdansk, Ottoman and Polish diplomats meet separately and agree to extend the terms of the 1708 Treaty of Minsk.

1728 Treaty of Darmstadt
To ensure peace and tranquility among the Christian nations of Europe, restore the honor of the Holy Roman Empire, and ensure the safety of the Kingdom of France, Henri I, by the Grace of God, King of France and of Navarre; and By the Grace of God, His Most Imperial Catholic Majesty Jose I Fernando de Baviera, Holy Roman Emperor and King of Spain agree to the following terms:
1. The betrothal of Caroline of the Palatinate-Zweibrücken to Francis, the Duke of Lorraine and 3rd in line to the French throne. They will be married in eight year's time, when she reaches the age of 16.
2. In honor of this union, the Spanish Crown will present a dowry of lands, to be held in trust by the King of France until the wedding: Texas north of the Guadalupe River east of the Comancharia, the Malvinas Islands, and the County of Perpignan.
3. King Henri agrees to no longer interfere in Imperial Elections while he reigns.
